Group Critical Illness Cover

A one-off lump sum is payable to the employee in the event of diagnosis of a 'critical illness' or condition.

Normally based on a multiple of annual salary (commonly x 2 annual salary), companies often prtect their senior executives and managers against the financial consequences fo serious illness such as heart attack, cancer, stroke etc.
